Studio Policies
Please ensure you read the preparation section before booking. It's your responsibility as a client to follow pre-care and secure necessary doctor’s notes. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that failure to comply with pre-care instructions may result in being turned away.
Booking Fee:

Booking fees are NON-refundable but will be applied to your appointment if all policies are followed.
Rescheduling:

If you’re sick (fever, cold, cough), reschedule through email.

Provide 48-hour notice for rescheduling; your booking fee will be transferred one time as a courtesy. Cancelling within 48 hours results in loss the deposit and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

Rescheduled touch-ups after 12 weeks will incur a $50 deposit..
Late Policy:

Being 20 minutes late will result in rescheduling, and future appointments will be pushed back accordingly.
No-Show Policy:

No-call, no-shows will be charged $50 of the deposit, and future bookings will be prohibited.
Inclement Weather:

We may reschedule in bad weather; contact us via email or phone for rescheduling.
Touch-Ups:

After 6 months, touch-ups are considered annual sessions.

A third session, if needed, costs $100 and must be booked within 6-8 weeks after the second session.
General Policies:

Healing varies for every client. Skin reactions such as swelling or redness are normal. Full healing takes 45-60 days.

Follow the aftercare instructions for optimal results.

If we advise against a procedure for health or skin reasons, you may choose to discontinue, but no services will be performed on unqualified candidates.

No guarantees for healed results due to individual skin differences.
Clients with Previous Work (Cover-ups):

Submit clear photos of previous work to permaglowshanna@gmail.com for approval.

Cover-up work is considered a new service. No touch-ups on other artist’s work.

If photos aren’t submitted and your previous work cannot be covered, your deposit will be forfeited.
